We want you to be fully satisfied with your Supernote experience; if our digital paper doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Supernote device, stylus, and folio in the original box to ensure protection against damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
